Our Story
Capital Meat began in 1958 specializing in slaughtering and trading in beef. In 1975 the business grew to focus on trading rail beef. Then in 1981 the business evolved to begin offering warehouse distribution, carrying boxed meat, and expanding our customer base.
Capital Meat leverages decades of experience, supplier relationships, and buying power to offer the most competitive pricing in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec.
